Yak
Yak fiber comes from the undercoat of the domestic yak, combed out during the spring molt. It's soft, warm, and naturally temperature-regulating. The fiber has a subtle matte quality — less sheen than merino, more depth. Most yak yarn is blended with wool or silk to add elasticity and structure.
